Williams Studio ("we," "I," or "the studio") respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect when you use this website, what I do with it, and the choices you have. Plain English. No tricks.
What I collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, you give me:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name (optional)
- The message you send
I do not collect any other personal information through this website. I do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting, session-replay tools, or remarketing pixels.
How I use it
I use the information you submit to reply to your message and, if we work together, to communicate during the project. That is the only purpose. I will not add you to any marketing list and I will not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for advertising.
Who else sees it
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend, which delivers your submission to my email. Formspree stores submissions on its servers per its own privacy policy at formspree.io. My email is hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers see your submission as part of delivering the service.
I do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers and may set its own cookies as part of font delivery; you can read Google's policy at policies.google.com.
If I add analytics in the future, I will update this policy first.
How long I keep it
I keep contact form messages and project-related correspondence for as long as we are working together, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and accounting purposes. If you would like me to delete your information, email me at hello@williamsstudio.co and I will do so within 30 days, unless I am required by law to keep it.
Your rights
If you live in California (and many other places), you have the right to ask what information a business holds about you, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email me at hello@williamsstudio.co with any such request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable time after they take effect.
